A fairly lively discussion took place, with Dean Becker, John Cleveland, Tommy Connell, Jerry Epstein, Dick Evans, Faye Hamilton, Cheryl Nolin, Steve Nolin, Al Robison, Marilyn Ruppert, Don Sasscer, and Tom Schubert all present for either all or part of the mee ting.
The consensus was that a monthly in-person meeting was still desirable for a variety of reasons, with an informative speaker if a vailable. Most of the discussion had to do with ideas for a) increasing our membership and b) what new members can do to help end drug prohibi tion, once they become members and ask what they can do to help.
A specific recommendation from Tommy Connell was that we should always have an agenda and conduct each meeting in a more business like manner, and everyone seemed to agree with that.
If anyone has any agenda items for the April meeting, which will be held on April 15th (the third Monday of the month, as usual), please send them to Cheryl either by e-mail or phone (713-784-3196). She will in turn get them to Art for posting on the webs ite.
